Vision It is the vision of a place where the helpless, hopeless, hurting, and seeking can find help, hope, encouragement and a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. It is the vision of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the thousands of residents in Mebane and the surrounding communities. (Evangelism) It is the vision of welcoming 10,000 members into the fellowship of our church family as we learn to live in harmony, loving God and loving each other, becoming more like Christ. (Fellowship) It is the vision of creating an environment where spiritual maturity occurs through small groups, Bible studies, and retreats. (Discipleship) It is the vision of equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God gave them, where every member is a minister. It is the vision of sending out hundreds of career missionaries and church workers around the world, and empowering every member for a personal life mission in the world. It is the vision of sending our members by the thousands on short-term mission projects to every continent. It is the vision of starting at least one daughter church every year. It is the vision of at least fifty acres of land, on which will be build a regional church for Mebane, and the surrounding areas – with beautiful, yet simple, facilities including a worship center that is basic in structure, yet filled with high end technical equipment to enhance worship services. The campus would be built in phases, with the initial worship center being a multiple purpose facility. Each phase would increase the size of the worship space, while also adding classroom space. The worship center will seat thousands, a counseling and prayer center, classrooms for Bible studies and training for lay ministers, and a Missions Center. There will also be a multipurpose recreation facility, and a skate park. There will be a high ropes course that can be used by students, and for team building retreats. All of this will be designed to minister to the total person – spiritually, emotionally, physically, and socially – and set in a peaceful, inspiring garden landscape. The grounds will be kept immaculate. It will be inviting to those seeking refuge!
